Rashi Narang has always been passionate about animals. In 2006, they decided to quit their job at Citigroup to start their own company, Heads Up For Tails, which is a luxury pet store that offers high-end products and services for pampered pets.

Rashi's experience in human resources has been invaluable in growing their company. Rashi has used their knowledge of employee relations, benefits, and training to create a positive work environment for their employees. Her company has seen tremendous growth since its inception, and Rashi shows no signs of slowing down.

Rashi Narang has a Msc. Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, and a Stanford Seed transformation Program Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
