Dr. Kay Trippner

Dr. Kay Trippner has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Dr. Kay currently works as a Partner at BeingIconic, where they specialize in scaling up businesses. Prior to that, they served as the CFO & COO at Headsafe, a biotech company. Dr. Kay also had the role of CEO & Co-Founder at BioConnected Group, a sports tech company that developed bio-sensing technology. Dr. Trippner co-founded Mad Island Sports, a sports tech start-up, and served as its CFO. Additionally, they founded and managed Pro Reach Consulting and worked as a Partner and Commercial Director at Challenge Taiwan. Earlier in their career, Dr. Trippner held various positions at Volkswagen AG and Volkswagen Group China, including Head of Group Production Controlling and Manager Investment Controlling.

Dr. Kay Trippner completed their A Levels at Carl-Anwandter Gymnasium in Calau in 1995. They then pursued a Diplom (Master) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg from 1996 to 2002. Additionally, they conducted a research period at Taegu National University's Graduate School of Business Administration in South Korea in 2000. Finally, they received their Research Dr. (PhD) in Financial Risk Measurement in Logistics Systems from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg in 2006.
