Tom Bass

Thomas Bass has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Freelance Editor for Editorial Services until 2013. From 2000 to 2010, they were involved in publications for the Open Society Foundations. In 2011, Thomas joined the Roma Education Fund as a Communication Officer until 2018. During this time, they also worked as an Editor and Proofreader at redhandagency.com starting in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at The Beckford Bottle Shop Ltd as Front of House staff. Currently, they are working as the EU and UK Territory Manager at UnifiedCommunications.com, a role they assumed in August 2021.

Thomas Bass obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from The University of Texas at Austin between 1989 and 1992. Thomas then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at Central European University from 1995 to 1996. In 2003 to 2004, Thomas attended Bath Spa University, where they obtained another Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, this time in Creative Writing. In 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Language Interpretation and Translation from Balassi Institute Budapest.
