William (Bill) Banks

Bill Banks has over 12 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. William (Bill) started their career in 2009 as a Service Manager at Data Projections, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the AV Service Department, communicated with clients, scheduled technicians, and kept them up to date with technology and training. William (Bill) then moved on to AVSIGroup in 2015, where they continued in a similar role as Service Manager. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Installation Manager at AVI-SPL, managing the day-to-day operations of the Install Department and coordinating with clients and technicians. In 2017, they briefly served as a Technical Operations Manager at Synergy CT (previously Synergy AV). In 2018, they were an ICS Operations Manager at Netrix, LLC, where they managed operations in two departments and locations, handled budgets, and maintained client communication and technician scheduling. In 2019, they joined Walker Engineering as an Account Manager, responsible for managing security projects, creating submittals, ordering parts, and coordinating installation teams. In 2020, they joined DMS as a Senior AV Specialist, specializing in the installation and programming of conferencing systems and submitting daily progress reports. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at UnifiedCommunications.com.

Bill Banks obtained their CTS-I certification from InfoComm International in December 2010. From 2010 to 2019, they attended CTS-I school at CTS-I, where they studied A/V Installation.
