Erik Williams began their professional career in 2001 as a Field Sales - Strategic Account Manager for Ingram Micro. Erik then held the role of Field Sales - Business Development Manager for the same employer, where they cultivated over $22 million in net new business. In 2005, they were recruited as the Director of Inside Sales & Sales Operations for Wavelink. From 2008 to 2012, Erik served as the Sr. Manager of Field Operations and Sr. Manager of Inside Sales for Varolii, and was later promoted to a key member of the Sales Leadership team. In 2012, Erik Williams became the Head of Resellers & ISV's (Americas) for ThinkGrid, and two years later the Director of Sales & Marketing for rCloud, a Persistent Systems product. Erik then worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing (Americas) for FlyData from 2014 until 2016 when they were selected as the VP of Sales & Marketing for VIEVU | A BRAND OF THE SAFARILAND GROUP. In 2019, Erik Williams began their own business, EW Custom Woodworking LLC, where they worked as Owner, Designer, and Woodworker, leveraging their substantial sales and business background. Later in 2019, they served in an advisory role in Sales Marketing for Utility, Inc. Erik is currently employed as a Sales Executive for Headset, where they began in 2022.

Erik Williams attended Washington State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Erik also attended North Idaho College, where they studied Baseball.
