Mitchell Laferla

Mitchell Laferla has extensive experience in the data industry. Mitchell began their career as a Research Analyst at The Strawhecker Group in 2015. In 2017, they took on a dual role as an ESL Teacher at INTERCULTURAL SENIOR CENTER and a Technical Data Analyst at PitchBook Data. Mitchell later moved on to Research Associate and Senior Research Associate roles at PitchBook Data in 2020. In 2021, they became a Data Engineer at Improving and currently holds the role of Data Analyst III at Headset since 2022.

Mitchell Laferla received their Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Spanish from University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017. Previously, they attended Skutt Catholic High School from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a Machine Learning Certificate from Coursera in 2020 and an Applied Machine Learning in Python certification from Coursera in 2022. Mitchell also holds an Data Science Program Certification from CodeAcademy obtained in 2019 and a Data Analysis Certification from Seattle Central College obtained in 2018.
