Roxy Kitts

Roxy Kitts currently serves as a Vocational Specialist at headspace, providing individualized support to young people in developing vocational skills and balancing mental health with employment goals. Prior to this role, Roxy worked as an Employment Consultant at WISE Employment, managing a caseload of over 40 participants and facilitating their success in the job market. Roxy's experience includes customer service positions at Beiersdorf, ATDEC, and VExpress, where responsibilities spanned order processing, logistics, and high-quality customer support. Roxy also held a leadership role as a 3IC at Fossil Group, Inc., and served as a Debate Adjudicator at Rosebank College. Roxy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Macquarie University and is pursuing a Certificate IV in Community Services at TAFE NSW.
