Charlee Freitas, MBA, has extensive experience in CRM and marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at Headspace since August 2025. Previously, Charlee held key roles at hims & hers, Grove Collaborative, DoorDash, Uber, Williams-Sonoma, Fetch, Yelp, and NXTP Labs, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. Charlee’s expertise includes leveraging marketing automation tools, managing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer insights and lifecycle marketing.
