Jaime Cole Fleischer

Jaime Cole Fleischer is an experienced professional in behavioral health and complex care management, currently serving as the Director of Complex Care at Headspace since January 2022. Previous roles include Director of Support at Headspace, Sr Manager of Support at Ginger, and Director of Behavioral Health Services at Anthem, Inc., among others. With a strong foundation in clinical practices, Jaime has held managerial positions at Anthem and WellPoint and has served as a Psychotherapist at Boulder Community Hospital. Jaime holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Creative Writing from Bucknell University.
