Rachel Kramer has extensive experience in healthcare partnerships and community health initiatives. Currently serving as Head of Health Plan Partnerships at Headspace since January 2022, Rachel has also held various roles including Partnership Strategy & Operations Director, Partner Success Director, and Partner Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Solera Health from June 2019 to January 2022, where Rachel was Director of Partner Accounts and Senior Manager of Community Engagement, focusing on connecting patients to healthcare solutions. At UC San Diego Center for Community Health from July 2013 to April 2019, Rachel led the Healthy Schools Initiative and managed the Live Well @ Work program, promoting wellness in schools and workplaces. Additionally, as Programs Manager at Feeding America from August 2011 to June 2013, Rachel contributed to initiatives that aimed to alleviate child hunger. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Humanities with a concentration in Family Community Services from Michigan State University.
