Sonya Sachdeva

Sonya Sachdeva is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in various high-profile companies, currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Headspace since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sachdeva held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Jasper and as a Technical Recruiter Lead at Modern Health, where responsibilities included leading knowledge management for recruiting processes and advocating for diversity within the AAPI community.
