Victoria Barnes

Victoria Barnes serves as the Vice President of Communications at Headspace since November 2021, where the focus is on making mental health support accessible to all. Additionally, Victoria is the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications at James Madison University since May 2024 and a Board Member on the School of Communication Studies Alumni Board. Victoria also contributes as a Mixing Board Member, sharing expertise with fellow brand and communications leaders. Previous experience includes roles at Ginger as Senior Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications, ReviveHealth as Vice President of Communications, and athenahealth as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, where key achievements included leading public relations programs and enhancing executive visibility. Victoria's early career included managing healthcare technology communications at Burson-Marsteller and various marketing communications consulting roles. Victoria holds a BA in Communication Studies and Modern Foreign Languages from James Madison University and a BA in Modern Foreign Languages from Universidad de Salamanca.
