Headspring Executive Development
Adriana Hristova Botzeva is a Program Manager at Headspring, a joint initiative by Financial Times and IE Business School, since September 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at BBVA Servitecsa from October 2007 to July 2015 and completing an internship at the International Relations and Protocol Directorate of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria in 2006. Adriana also interned at the Bulgarian Embassy in Mexico City in 2005. Academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master's in Environmental Law, and current pursuit of a PhD in Sociology, both from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, Adriana completed the CX Management Program in Customer Experience through IE Business School Executive Education in October 2022.
