Ellen Buckland

Ellen Buckland is the Founder of Contemporary Empathy, aiming to make business more human-centered through emotional intelligence, creativity, and communication training. Ellen also holds various adjunct professor roles at IE Business School, focusing on creative thinking, theatre skills for communication and innovation, and design thinking. Ellen is currently a Global Educator at Headspring by Financial Times & IE Business School, visiting professor at IE University and Istituto Europeo di Design, and previously served as a mentor and consultant in various companies. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
