Guillermo Cabot has a diverse work experience in various industries. Guillermo started their career in 1998 as a consultant at DBK S.A., where they conducted sector analysis research. Guillermo then worked as a strategic marketing responsible at Sodexho España, where they designed and executed marketing plans.

In 2000, Cabot joined MAPFRE QUAVITAE as a marketing and communication responsible, focusing on defining and implementing the company's communication policy. Guillermo then moved to Putzmeister Iberica as a marketing and strategy manager, responsible for marketing activities and supporting the managing director in strategy and business development.

Cabot also worked as a professor at EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial from 2000 to 2015 and at Escuela Negocio CEU from 2007 to 2013, where they shared their expertise with students.

In 2009, Cabot became the business development director - risk solutions at Axesor, a role that involved sales and business development, managing key accounts, and product development.

Their most recent role is as the vice president of corporate partnerships and business development at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School. In this position, Cabot is responsible for connecting business schools with real-world insights and ensuring the relevance and academic rigor of their programs.

Guillermo Cabot completed their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1997 at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, earning a degree in Economics. Following this, in 1999, they pursued further education at the Escuela de Organización Industrial, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Later, in 2010, they attended the IESE Business School to participate in the Program for perfecting senior management skills (PDD).
