Jane Rodríguez del Tronco

Jane Rodríguez del Tronco is the Founder and CEO of The Bold Choice, a talent projects lab offering services in leadership development, team coaching, and personal branding. Jane is also the Academic Director of the Digital and Human Leadership Program at PWN Madrid and serves as a Board Member and VP. Additionally, Jane works as an Associate Faculty at Headspring Executive Development, a Speaker and Coach at IDDI Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, an Adjunct Professor at various universities teaching Personal Branding and Coaching, and an Associate Director at DICTEA. With a diverse educational background in business administration, coaching, and communication, Jane is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through transformative leadership practices.
