Nick Winwood has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nick started their career as Sales and Marketing at Fitness Exchange from 2002 to 2006. Nick then worked as a Sponsorship Account Manager at World Trade Group in 2006-2007. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Natural Training, first as a Senior Training Consultant and later as a Commercial Director. In 2016-2017, they served as the Director of Education & Talent at GK Apprenticeships. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School, where they drove business strategy through executive education. Nick then transitioned to become the Client Director at Imperial College Business School in 2021. In 2022, they became the Head of Partnerships UK & I and B2B Strategy at HyperionDev. Currently, they hold the position of Consultant at LikeMinds B.V. since 2021. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Headspring Executive Development as Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Nick Winwood has a diverse education history. In 1991, they graduated from Lomagundi College in Zimbabwe, although their specific field of study is unknown. From 1998 to 2001, they attended London Guildhall University, where they pursued a degree in Business & Marketing. In 2020, Nick Winwood attended Stonebridge Academy, specializing in Sports Psychology, although they did not obtain a degree. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they enrolled in thePower and completed an MBA program with a focus on Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Leadership in a Technology Driven World" from Imperial College Executive Education and "WOBI Management Week 2021" from WOBI in July 2021.
