Natalie Mcgregor

Natalie McGregor is a seasoned commercial director currently on maternity leave from Headstar, where employment commenced in November 2020. Prior to this role, Natalie served as Associate Director at Woodrow Mercer Finance from October 2017 until its acquisition by Headstar, and held the position of Senior Business Manager at Page Personnel UK from December 2014 to September 2017. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Consultant for Michael Page, Manager at Page Personnel UK, and Senior Finance Consultant at nrg. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northumbria University, Natalie specializes in various HR functions, including HR advisory, compensation and benefits, and organizational design.
