Ashwathy Venugopal

Ashwathy Venugopal is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, mentoring, and leadership across various organizations. As a Co-Founder of Avasarshala since September 2019, Ashwathy drives initiatives aimed at empowering individuals through education. Serving as a Regional Coordinator and Leadership Board Member for The Kectil Program since January 2020, Ashwathy also mentors youth. Involvement with the Headstart Network Foundation, Atal Innovation Mission, and Global Shapers Community showcases a commitment to nurturing entrepreneurship and innovation at the grassroots level. Additionally, Ashwathy was recognized as a Wedu Rising Star Ambassador, focusing on women's leadership in South and Southeast Asia. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Mbrace, Team Manager at Amazon, and Management Consultant Intern at Kudumbashree Mission. Ashwathy holds an MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a BTech from Govt. Model Engineering College.
