Peter Westmeyer

Peter Westmeyer is President and Managing Principal of MBRE Healthcare. He founded the group and is responsible for investment and asset management activity for the Chicago-based firm including sourcing, analyzing and financing healthcare real estate investments. Mr. Westmeyer serves as the fund manager for the GP healthcare funds the firm manages.

Prior to joining MBRE, Peter worked as an Associate for the Corporate Investment Group within the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America. He also worked in real estate investment sales, specializing in multifamily and land properties in Colorado.

He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont and maintains a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Denver.
