Dave Hurley

Dave Hurley has extensive experience in operations and management within the landscaping and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Headwater Companies since April 2017, Dave oversees operations across multiple regions, including Washington, Northern Idaho, and Eastern Montana, while previously holding the position of Regional Manager at 2M Company, Inc. for 26 years, responsible for sales, inventory control, and new store development. Earlier in their career, Dave worked as an Irrigation Foreman at Earth & Wood Landscaping, where responsibilities included labor and crew management. Education includes attendance at the University of Montana from 1986 to 1988.
