William Turner

William Turner currently serves as the Director of Purchasing at Headwater Companies since January 2019, having also held the position of IT Manager. Prior to this role, William worked as an IT Manager for the City and County of Denver from November 2016 to January 2019, where significant improvements were made in service desk metrics and operational efficiency. At Summit Utilities, Inc. from June 2005 to August 2016, William directed a successful $6M Enterprise Resource Planning project and implemented a ticketing system that enhanced help desk support. William's earlier experience includes serving as Information Technology Supervisor at Friedmans Jewelers and as an Armor Crewman in the US Army. William holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver, along with an Associate of Science degree from Savannah Technical College.
