Latham Grimes

Latham Grimes is currently serving as a Special Projects Advisor at Headwater Energy since December 2023. Previously, Latham co-founded and held the position of CEO at OAKHURST ENERGY LLC from January 2020 to December 2023, focusing on utility-scale solar and storage development in the Southeastern U.S. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategic Advisor at Carolina Solar Services, co-founding Cooperative Solar LLC, and working as Development and Strategic Advisor and General Counsel at Strata Solar, LLC. Latham's earlier career includes roles as VP of Operations at Truveon, Partner/GC at SouthEastern Construction & Development, and Partner at Martin Grimes Development, LLC, as well as an associate at Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson and a judicial clerk for the U.S. District Court. Latham holds a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
