Chris Ducay

Chris Ducay is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and multi-family housing sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance at Headwaters Group since December 2021, Chris previously held notable positions at Sage Hospitality Group from January 2015 to December 2021, including Vice President of Operations Finance and Transitions and Vice President of Operations Finance. Prior to that, Chris served as Director of Finance and Assistant Controller at Vail Resorts: The Grand Teton Lodge Company. Chris began a career in finance as a Staff Accountant with Vail Resorts. Chris earned a BSBA in Finance, Marketing, and Information Technology from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business between 2006 and 2008.
