Natalia Salzberg

Natalia Salzberg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natalia is currently the Co-founder and CTO at Headway Group, a position they have held since September 2016. Before that, they worked at Macquarie University for six years, starting as a Products Manager from June 2010 to April 2014, and then as the Manager of Information Technology & Services from April 2014 to July 2016. At Macquarie University, Natalia implemented several improvements such as introducing performance metrics, optimizing knowledge sharing, and streamlining IT operations.

Prior to Macquarie University, Natalia worked at Objective Corporation as a Product Manager (2009-2010) and Concept Designer (2008-2009). Natalia also gained experience as a Product Engineer at Telstra BigPond (2004), a Web Development Consultant at the NSW Government (2003-2004), and a Web Development Manager at OzEmail (2001-2003) and UUNET (2000-2001).

Natalia's early career includes roles as a Consultant at Computer Associates (1999-2000) and Platinum Technology (1998-1999), as well as a Software Engineer at STN Atlas (1996-1998).

Throughout their career, Natalia has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as technology delivery, user experience, product management, and innovative problem-solving.

Natalia Salzberg completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) between 2014 and 2017. Natalia also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from MGSM in 2012 and 2013. In 2016, they attended the Burgundy School of Business - BSB for the Entrepreneurship, Creativity, and Innovation Programme. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Natalia pursued a Bachelor of IT at Monash University and studied Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney. In 2009, they earned the Pragmatic Marketing Certified Practitioner in Practical Product Management certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
