Jessica Groff, MA, LPCC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience across various settings since 1999. Currently serving as a therapist at Parker Collins Family Mental Health and as a school-based therapist at Headway Emotional Health Services, Jessica has a strong background in family mediation, art therapy, Reiki, and traditional talk therapy through roles at Peaceful Practice MN and Aslan Institute. Previous experience includes serving as a care advocate at UnitedHealth Group and a program therapist at Northwest Youth and Family Services, where coordination with family and social services was key. Jessica holds a Master's Degree in Human Development from St. Mary's University and a BA in Studio Arts and Chinese Language from the University of Minnesota.
