Kaisha Tracy

Kaisha joined Headway in April, 2021. As a case management supervisor she will oversee a group of providers that offer mental health case management to our clients and help children and their families who are struggling at home, in school or in the community access resources and support. She says, “I am excited to join this team and support, and lead, case managers who are doing the rewarding work of supporting kids and families.” Kaisha has worked in human services for the past six years at Washburn Center for Children. She is trained in DC 0-5 and has experience working with young children. When she is not working, she likes to travel and explore new parts of the world. She loves being outside and in the summer you can often find her on the water kayaking.
