Luke Griggs has a strong background in communications and leadership roles. Luke started their career as a PR consultant at Nexnet PR in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Luke then joined Storm Communications as an Account Manager in 2006 before transitioning to Headway - the brain injury association in 2007. At Headway, they held multiple roles including Communications Manager, Director of Communications, Deputy Chief Executive, and currently serves as the Chief Executive. Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated expertise in crisis management, proactive PR campaigns, press office management, and editing publications.

Through its network of more than 125 groups and branches across the UK, it provides support, services and information to brain injury survivors, their families and carers, as well as to professionals in the health and legal fields.
