Cate Leonard

Cate Leonard is an experienced psychotherapist and consultant with a robust background in mental health and advocacy. Currently serving as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice at Headway since March 2023 and as a Senior EAP Consultant at Mass General Brigham since June 2019, Cate has also held various clinical roles at leading institutions, including Therapist at Harvard University and Domestic Violence Coordinator at Partners HealthCare. Cate's significant contributions include managing the HAVEN program at Massachusetts General Hospital, where responsibilities included conducting psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and developing community outreach programs. With a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, Cate is well-equipped to address complex social and emotional challenges.
