Elizabeth Hoffman

Elizabeth Hoffman is a seasoned professional in operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Insurance Operations at Headway since November 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience at Oula from November 2021 to September 2024. Elizabeth's career in health operations includes significant roles at Oscar Health, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Clinical Strategy & Optimization to Senior Operations Manager, Clinical Review, from August 2018 to November 2021. Earlier experience at Bain & Company included positions as Case Team Leader, Consultant, and Summer Associate from June 2014 to May 2018. Elizabeth holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
