Grant Biles

Grant Biles has accumulated extensive experience in product design and management, currently serving in a product design role at Headway since July 2025. Prior to this, Grant held the position of Head of Product & Design at WinWon from November 2023 to July 2025 and was the Product Design Lead at Orchard from March 2020 to March 2023, focusing on simplifying the home buying and selling process. Additional notable roles include Director of Product Design at CommonBond, where Grant managed a team and contributed individually to design initiatives, and co-founder of Gradible, which aimed to assist individuals with student debt. Grant's early career involved account management roles at Small Army FINN Partners and internships that laid the foundation for a successful trajectory in design and product strategy. Grant holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and studied at the Boston Architectural College.
