Jake Butler

Jake Butler is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of West Coast Sales at Headway since October 2024. Butler has also been a Limited Partner at Looking Glass Capital since September 2021. Prior to Headway, Butler played a pivotal role as Head of Go-to-Market on the founding team of FairComp, which focused on creating a B2C platform for compensation data and AI-driven negotiation assistance. At Continuum, Butler served as Head of Sales, facilitating connections between startups and fractional leaders to address growth challenges. Butler previously held the position of Director of Sales at DoorDash, where growth was marked by scaling the team significantly from 100 to 6,000 employees. Additional roles include founding Account Executive at Jobrivet, and various sales positions leading up to Director at DoorDash. Education was completed at Santiago Canyon College.
