Jenae Replogle

Jenae Replogle possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with a proven track record in leading teams and transforming hiring strategies across multiple high-growth companies. Jenae served as the Head of University Recruiting at Palantir Technologies, where innovative internship programs and a campus-based hiring model were developed. At GoPro, Jenae led a global recruiting team, successfully hiring 275 employees in a single year. Jenae's tenure at Looker involved driving technical hiring and scaling the company significantly prior to its acquisition by Google, where integration of the recruiting team into Google Cloud was achieved. As the Senior Director of Global R&D Talent Acquisition at Carta, Jenae managed a sizable team and navigated operational improvements amidst aggressive hiring goals. Current roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Headway and Principal Recruiter at Supio, along with advisory positions at Beacon Talent Advisors and Boulevard Recruiting. Jenae holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BA in Political Science from the University of California San Diego.
