Kim Phan currently works in Strategy & Operations at Headway since August 2025. Previously, Kim served as a Product Manager at Tend, where leadership was demonstrated in the development of an internal insurance management platform and process optimization projects. Prior experience includes a Product Manager role at Capital One in the Commercial Bank Tech division, focusing on major feature delivery and internal tooling improvements, as well as an Associate Product Manager position in Retail Bank Tech, where Kim launched a new ATM management platform. Early career roles involved being a Business Analyst Intern, a Research Assistant at Harvard University, and a Conference Director for the Harvard College Association for U.S.-China Relations. Kim has also held positions as an Analyst at the Harvard College Consulting Group and a Research Partner at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. In a leadership role at Harvard Student Agencies, Kim drove significant revenue growth for a custom merchandise startup. Kim holds a BA in Economics with a secondary focus in Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University.
