Michael Russo

Michael Russo is an experienced revenue operations and financial analyst professional with a strong background in strategy, process management, and analytics. Currently serving as the Revenue Operations Lead at Headway since July 2024, Michael previously held the position of Revenue Operations Manager at Checkr, Inc., where support was provided to Customer Success and Professional Services organizations. At HD Supply, Michael managed incentive compensation for over 1,000 sellers, impacting significant annual revenue.
