Sida Lu

Sida Lu is the Head of Growth Marketing at Headway, where they lead teams in various marketing strategies for the mental health sector. Previously, Sida served as Head of Growth at a stealth startup, successfully overhauling growth strategies and increasing annual recurring revenue by $1M in four months. They also held several key roles at Uber, focusing on Eater growth strategy and pricing, and were the Head of Rider Growth at Lime, where they built and led an international team. Alongside their professional endeavors, Sida is the founder of Pobbles, an AI initiative aimed at supporting local businesses. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Southern California.
