Sofía Garza Gómez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer experience management. Currently serving as the CX BPO QA Lead at Headway since June 2022, Sofía oversees BPO partner quality teams and has played a key role in launching a new overseas line of business while driving continuous quality excellence. Previous roles at Headway include Senior QA Associate and CX Associate, where Sofía contributed to refining standard operating procedures and supporting agent performance. Prior to Headway, Sofía worked at ImprimisRx as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and had diverse roles in customer care and warehouse operations.
