Cristina Laryea

Cristina Laryea has over 17 years of work experience. Cristina began their career in 2003 as a Sr. Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, where they trained new hires, prepared and typed two hundred to three hundred scripts per day, and assisted customers in person, email, and phone. In 2019, they joined Lambda School as a Section Lead, where they provided daily feedback and issue resolution of all curriculum through slack help channel or code review, led a team of 12 Team Leads that emulated a real work environment using Agile methodology, and facilitated daily stand-up meetings with Team Leads to build camaraderie, facilitate sharing ideas and work progress, and provide guidance for that week's study material. In 2020, they joined Heady as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Quality Analyst.

Cristina Laryea obtained their Web Development Certificate from BloomTech in 2018, with a field of study in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. In October 2018, they also obtained a Computer Science with Full-Stack Web Development Emphasis certification from Lambda School.
