Miguel M. has a wealth of experience in the design field. Miguel began their career in 2014 as a User Interface Design Intern at Dealertrack Technologies. Miguel then moved on to become a User Experience Designer at Cox Automotive Inc. in 2016. In 2018, they joined OnSolve as a User Experience Designer. In 2019, they were a Lead Design Instructor at General Assembly. From 2017 to 2021, Miguel M. held multiple roles at NYC & Company, including Director of Product Design & Strategy, UX Design & Strategy Lead, and User Experience Designer. In 2021, they founded Rita Lab and also became a Principal Product Designer (Inclusive Design) at NPR. In 2022, they were appointed as a Design Entrepreneurship Instructor at KCC DesignWorks and Director of Design at Heady.
