Heal Care Group is on a mission to provide a transformative experience for looked after children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. We are dedicated to a care philosophy rooted in trauma-informed practices, the Solihull approach, and a commitment to empathy and healing.

We understand that the children in our care have often experienced severe trauma and that empathy is the first step to developing the relationships essential in order to help them heal. Drawing from expert research from seasoned practitioners, Heal is taking a revolutionary approach to residential children's homes in the UK and providing a new way of thinking about care.

As a startup, we will harness technology and automation to simplify our operations and free up our dedicated care team to do what they love and what they do best - care for young people. Through streamlined processes, automated record-keeping, and efficient communication tools, we will eliminate administrative burdens, enabling our staff to provide the love and attention that children deserve.
