Erik Hanson currently serves as the Head of Sales Enablement at Healf since September 2024. Previously, Erik held the position of Business Development & Partnerships for the UK & EMEA at Flowcode, where Erik was responsible for expanding the company's presence in those regions and defining go-to-market strategies. Erik's prior experience includes roles at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities spanned from investing in senior debt for private equity-backed leveraged buyouts to underwriting debt as an Associate in Investment Banking. Earlier experience at Deloitte involved leading operational transformation projects for major global banks, complemented by consulting engagements at the same firm. Erik began their career as a Wealth Management Summer Analyst at UBS. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University and a Master of Management Studies from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
