Nico Ward

Nico Ward is currently the Head of Personalisation at Healf, where they bridge design, science, and engineering to enhance wellbeing intelligence. They also serve as an advisor at adclear.ai. Previously, Nico worked as a Senior AI Engineer at Publicis Sapient and as a Behavioural Data Scientist at Educai, where they built behavioural models for personalised learning. Their background includes designing innovative data science workshops at Decoded and earning a BSc in Applied Mathematics with Highest Honours from Université Côte d'Azur, followed by an MSc in Machine Learning with Distinction from UCL. Nico also studied Mathematics at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne prior to their undergraduate degree.
