Tracy Freeman - Hines

Tracy Freeman-Hines, CADC, NCCPSS, is the Women's Director of Recovery Services at Healing Transitions, a position held since May 2014, where Tracy facilitates the Recovery Dynamics® curriculum focusing on maladaptive behaviors and oversees the Planning Room Team Lead and Peer Mentors. Previous experience includes serving as Planning Room Supervisor at the same organization, as well as working as Credentialing Administrative Assistant at Health Care Savings, Inc. and as 3rd Shift Resident Supervisor at Raleigh Rescue Mission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Walden University (2020 - expected 2024) and an Associate's Degree in Human Services Technology/Substance Use from Wake Technical Community College (2016 - 2020).
