Healing with Horses Ranch
Alexa Ball is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in therapeutic riding and marketing. Since January 2016, Alexa has served as a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Secretary on the Board of Directors at Healing with Horses Ranch, focusing on providing Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies to at-risk youth, veterans, and individuals with various challenges. In addition, Alexa has held multiple roles at JDI (Jones-Dilworth, Inc.) from January 2016 to August 2024, including Vice President of Marketing and Operations, and Senior Director of Marketing, specializing in bringing emerging technologies to market. Prior experience includes roles in media and marketing management for the Women's Football Team at the University of Stirling and Scottish Women in Sport, as well as editorial assistance at Summersdale Publishers Ltd. Alexa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Stirling and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling at Marquette University.

Healing with Horses Ranch is a 501(c)(3) therapeutic riding center that provides safe, affordable Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies (EAAT) to individuals with physical, cognitive and emotional challenges to promote healing and independence. Their programs serve at-risk youth, veterans, and individuals in Travis, Williamson, and Bastrop Counties. It is a place where horses heal body, mind, and soul.
