Aimee Swartz

Aimee Swartz is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Principal at Healios since April 2022. Prior roles include Head of Learner Resources and E-Learning at Rapid Transformational Therapy Ⓡ and Principal Learning and Learning Lead - Design and Technology at Exact, where Aimee focused on technological solutions for diverse learning needs across various stakeholders. Aimee has also contributed to project-based work in fundraising optimization at Heriot Watt University and held roles in communications and technology at Pax Christi International, as well as human resources at Rapidigm. Aimee holds a Master's degree in International Politics from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor's degree in English & Professional Writing from Portland State University.
