Julie joined Healix in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Payor and New Solutions and has more than 25 years of healthcare experience including Medicare, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Before joining Healix, Julie held numerous vice president and leadership roles with Express Scripts, where she focused on business transformation, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) integrations, and new solution development to proactively assist clients to navigate the complexities associated with an evolving regulatory landscape and healthcare marketplace.
