Michelle Franqui currently serves as a Cash Application Specialist at Healix Infusion Therapy Inc since May 2018, where responsibilities include posting insurance and patient payments to accounts and downloading insurance payments from carrier portals. Prior experience includes a role in customer service at APPS Paramedical from March 2004 to June 2007, managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling physician examinations. Michelle also held the position of Customer Service Manager at Kays Enterprises/Alpha Shirt Company from September 2000 to February 2004, overseeing customer account setups, order processing, and invoicing corrections. Education was completed at Clements High School from 1983 to 1985.
