Sahar was also the Vice President of Data & Integrations and Senior Director of Patient Data Integration & Product Management at Digital Pharmacist Inc. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Senior Director of Data Strategy at PrescribeWellness, where they created and designed data integration solutions and processes for over 50 pharmacy management systems. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Project Manager and Client Relations at Blue Pacific Consulting Inc. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Union Bank of California, where they cross-sold products and had knowledge of all financial products. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Customer Service Specialist at Bank of the, where they completed financial transactions efficiently and interacted with other financial institutions.

Sahar Makhmoor completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from California State University, Fullerton in 2009. Sahar began their studies in 2006 and graduated in 2009.
