Jonathan Tang

Jonathan Tang has extensive experience in strategy and healthcare, primarily focused on the insurance industry. Jonathan started their career at AXA Hong Kong and Macau in 2016, where they served as the Head of Strategy for Health & Employee Benefits until November 2019. Following this, they joined Heals Healthcare in 2018 as the Strategy Director for InsurTech, and later became the Chief Strategy Officer in August 2022.

Jonathan Tang obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Jonathan also holds additional certifications including Accredited Organisation & Leadership Coach (Level 1) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), and certifications in PMP from the Project Management Institute, and PRINCE2 from APMG International.
