MORGAN DOS SANTOS

Morgan Dos Santos has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and regenerative medicine. In 2018, they founded LabSkin Creations, a biotechnology company specializing in advanced 3D skin and adipose tissue engineering. At LabSkin Creations, Morgan served as the Founder, General Manager, and Chief Scientific Officer, leading the development of unique 3D reconstructed models for the evaluation of skin and personal care products.

In 2020, Morgan co-founded Healshape, a regenerative medicine biotech startup focused on breast reconstruction and augmentation. They utilized their expertise in bioprinting and tissue engineering to develop products in this field.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Morgan worked at JALA GROUP CO., a company involved in cosmetics research and development. They held multiple roles at JALA, including R&D Executive Director for Fundamental Research & NPD, Sr. R&D Manager for Efficacy Testing & Claim Substantiation, and Sr. Research Scientist as the Head of the Biological Research & Evaluation Unit. Morgan played a key role in driving innovation, creating new research departments, and fostering collaborations with external scientific communities.

Morgan also gained research experience at Hospices Civils de Lyon as a Dermatology Research Fellow and at BASF as a Research Scientist and R&D Junior Project Leader.

Morgan Dos Santos completed a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Université Grenoble Alpes from 2000 to 2005. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued an Advanced Master's degree in Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management. In 2005 and 2006, Morgan obtained a Master's degree in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Later, from 2008 to 2011, Morgan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Université de Lyon.
